We offer a free no obligation quotation and Aim to respond to your Call or Email within 30 mins. If the works are not an Emergency then you will receive your quotation within 24 hours guaranteed. If the works are agreed I believe that it is Paramount to keep you up to date with delivery and work commencement times and I will not make a promise to arrive on site without the required parts being available and ready to fit. I believe a persons word is his or her bond. 

After all works have been completed and the site or premise is left clean then I will ask you to sign my worksheet which includes whether you are satisfied with the works which has been completed. Then and only then will I be happy to walk away from your job. If you find that something is wrong I promise to return to site free of charge and correct the problem unless it is down to misuse. I always tell my Customers to please ring me if they find a problem after works are completed and I’m glad to say that to my knowledge it hasn’t happened yet.
